Punjabi Singer Sarbjit Cheema will be coming soon with a new punjabi film titled, “Welcome To Punjab”. The heroine of the film is Bollywood actress Saumya Tandon of Jab We Met fame. Saumya has also worked in films like “Aisa Desh Hai Mera” and “MAYA”. Saumya recently hosted the Dance Show “Dance India Dance”. Saumya played the role of Kareena’s younger sister in “Jab We Met”.
Directed by National Award Winner Ravinder Peepat who has films like “Chan Pardesi” and “Kacheri” to his credit.
Sarbjit Cheema as Sukhchain, the next door Punjabi munda who is in love with Saumya Tandon, as Preet, a culturally oblivious NRI. Veteran Bollywood Legend Ranjeet as Harnam Singh, takes on the role of the grandfather of Saumya Tandon. Sudesh Lehri the comedy king plays the role of Hero Singh, a close friend of Sarbjit Cheema.
